Working with Trish was a pleasure! She taught me coping skills and healing techniques for things big and small. I now feel more confident in my ability to regulate and face challenges as my highest self. I would recommend her to anyone ready to better their life. I mean that! It really has been something I look forward too and I not only feel more capable but I can finally look back and see the progress instead of just looking back and kind of feeling like there is still a lot of mess.

Trish is working with my daughter who has debilitating anxiety that stemmed from a phobia. I felt like her phobia was traumatic to her and she could benefit from the type of counseling that Trish does. After 3 months my daughter is doing much better; she still has anxiety but she recovers from it faster and she has more good days than bad. We appreciate Trish and her determination to help and serve those she works with. Trish has a gift of loving and appreciating everyone she interacts with and I know the combination of that and her training is helping my daughter.

I had the opportunity to attend coaching sessions with Trish Sherwood this summer. it was very helpful to identify events in the past that either were still traumatic in some way or which I had worked through already. For each week’s session that followed, we focused on one of the events I had identified. Through these sessions, with Trish’s coaching and guidance, I was able to identify strategies that I used or can use to deal with challenges in my life. I now have several statements describing these strategies, each associated with a unique word.
I feel much more confident about dealing with challenges in my life now that I have uncovered an arsenal of strategies to help me through them. It was very cathartic to go through some of the more traumatic events of the past and realize that I did have strategies that helped me and that I can apply those strategies moving forward. Thanks, Trish!
