Vibrational Trauma Release Technique, also called Trauma down-regulation, is based on understanding that trauma is written in dominant neurologic patterns, which therefore opens the back door for treatment. This technique uses hemisphericity to treat trauma by minimizing dominant patterns and uses a calming haptic feedback pattern generator on non-dominant body areas to stimulate the brain while simultaneously implementing zero point breathing exercises with postural overlay. The combination of these techniques introduces positive neurotransmitters to break up and rewrite the neuropathway of a particular trauma experience, worry, or fear that pertains to either past, present, or future.
